For the past 28 years, Julio Anguita has worked for the Paterson Public Schools as a Board Security Officer (retiring soon). Working for the school system has made him very much a people person. His training in this field has taught him how to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life.

Julio Anguita started his real estate career in 2018. He decided to enter real estate because he wanted to do something different, something that would challenge him daily. He found that challenge in the real estate business and he never looked back. He enjoys the feeling of helping a family find their dream home. Being part of that process, seeing their eyes light up when they finally close on their new home and receive the keys, is a very profound experience.

At this stage of his real estate career, Julio prefers listings, although he still works with buyers. His primary focus with listings is holding what the buyer wants and fulfilling both their dreams and expectations.

On his free time, Julio owns and operates the Anguita Combative Academy, a martial arts school, where he teaches the public Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Hand to Hand Combative, Knife defense, etc… He is also an advanced billiard player and an active member of the Nutley Lodge #25 of Free and Accepted Masons /G\ .
